I highly recommend Dr. James Lai because he has been my dentist since 2002 and has always been kind, very gentle, professional, and cares about his patients. He listens well to your complaints and is very patient with you. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors and friends. His office is very efficient, organized and there is no waiting time.

This Dentist does questionable work and hires inferior contractors. I had a upper denture made by Dr. Lai and it did'nt fit so I had them do the work again and the replacement denture split down ths middle after 6 months. I took it back to his office and he told me he would'nt fix it and to " take it to another Dentist if I wantesd it fixed".
