scheduled a new patient exam. Told them I knew my son had cavities and I wanted them filled at the same time. They told me no problem schedule the appointment. I was told there was no way they were going to do them that evening because it was too late. Then I sat out in the lobby to talk to their and continued to see patients being brought back for appointments. Guess it wasn't too late for them.

So.... I call the office for an appointment for my 18month old to find out they only have a pediatric dentist in their office TWO DAYS A AMONTH!!!! I don't understand how a practice can call themselves pediatric when they barely qualify. They do however have two orthodontists pretty much full time... hmm. maybe an ortho practice would be a better label! The staff was nice and all... but I felt something was definitely lacking--maybe appointment dates and times that work for busy moms!
