A1 saved my project. As a free lance grant writer I need my printer to work ever time. In the middle of printing the finished grant I'd been contracted to provide my customer, my HP 4500 Laser printer stopped working. My efforts to adjust and resolve the problem made things worse - I jamed the toner cartridges so they wouldn,t move; and cyan toner was every where. The A1 technician responded within 4 hours and cleared the toner cartridge jam, repaired the orignal problem and cleaned my printer. Now it prints like new. Thanks A1 - I got my grant out on time.

A1 Business Solution gave us a service agreement that includes unlimited copies and toner on all our machines. They were very professional, quick response and saved us a 1,000 dollars.
