Provided by YP.comPlanet Ballroom seems to only care about money and not about their students. I have been at planet ballroom for about 7 months and at first I loved it but now I am completely disgusted. I pay over $400, a month, is ridiculously expensive amount considering. It was also distressing to hear an instructor talk about other students behind their backs. Also when I felt I was treated rudely when it came time for the termination of my contract. I would not recommend this dance studio to anyone, especially new students to ballroom dance.

Provided by YP.comI absolutely love Planet Ballroom! My instructor, is Sonny at the Lake Norman studio and he is a wonderful instructor. When i first started at Planet Ballroom, in November, I was embarrassingly bad at dancing, especially swing. Since i started I have been in the Planet Ballroom showcase in February, which I did swing. I also was apart of the Spring Fling dance challenge competition in the Planet Ballroom Matthews studio. The Planet Ballroom staff, is always so kind and welcoming and they really go the extra mile to help you out with what ever it is you need help with. The Planet Ballroom community is like a big giant family and the friends you meet and make there will be unforgettable!

Provided by YP.comMy husband got us lessons for my Christmas present as we had done some ballroom dancing YEARS AGO and really enjoyed it. The first lesson had as hooked - what terrific professional instructors and in the group lessons everyone, whether one of a couple or a single, are made to feel very welcome. The also go beyond any studio we know of with their offering of a wide variety of classes along with the ballroom lessons. Who knew you could excercise with dance! We both highly recommend this studio to anyone of any age!
