Dr Maxwell has been my primary for well over 15 years. Everyone in my family as well. He is an amazing professional, considerate, compassionate doctor. He doesn't treat you like a patient he treats you like family and he is upfront and honest. We love Dr. Maxwell all 3 generations of us!

Wed. I saw Dr. maxwell for the first time. I have a series of health issues. I was given a medication that made me ill so today I called to get something else. I began calling at 10:45am only to hear a busy signal. At lunch time I got a recording so tried back at 1pm. After speaking w staff 3x who were rude, I finally got a call back by Betty. Now 4:15 pm she says my new script is ready for pick up but she couldn't guarente they would be there in 5mins. I clarified they closed at 5pm only to be told rudely and condescending voice the same thing. I asked if my aunt could come bc she was on all my ppr work allowing her to do so. Betty kept saying she would transfer me to the receptionist but kept placing me on hold. Then told me she wouldn't argue w me about HIPPA. I told her id be there before 5. Then had my aunt call who was told they wouldn't leave before 5pm and was aware I was on my way from dialysis. I started calling at 4:45 got a recording and at 4:48 the door was locked and nobody around. It's now Friday before 5 and can't get ahold of somebody till Mon. For sure will I find a new provider after today's expierence. It's obvious I'm just another number!

I think the doctors there are great. I like that they are close and in the neighborhood. The front desk staff are often rude and condescending. Although I think Dr Maxwell and Glaser are great, I absolutely will not be going back.
