Went in without an appointment and was attended. I asked for blonde highlights and brown roots, but I came out with my head bleached and no color...not kidding. She was attending many other: doing nails and hair. So when she checked up on me she found the bleach had been left on too long. I went another time to get it fixed, however, customers and workers were gossiping and cursing here and there. She would leave me at the sink for about 20 minutes with no towel on the bottom so it was so uncomfortable that I woke up the next few days with neck pains. I spoke to friends about their experience with Arasceli, and they all said they had left with hair they were embarrassed of.
