Provided by YP.comCallicoat Handyman Services was contracted to replace a roof on a commercial building for me. Charged $5700 and paid in full. Given a contract with "10 year No Leak Guarantee". Roof immediately leaked and Shawn and his company failed to repair the leak and failed to return my calls and messages. I had to hire another roofer at a considerable expense to redo the work that was done by Shawn and his company. I'm considering an attorney and/or small claims for what Shawn and his company has done to me.
