Al and his crew showed up exactly when scheduled. Al inspected the chimneys and provided an estimate for repairing the cracks in the fire box. He previously provided the estimate for cleaning the fireplaces over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. His crew worked hard and was meticulous in cleaning the fireplaces and making the repairs. They completed the inspections, cleaning and repair of the fireplaces in about 1 hour. They had to come back to remove the old and install the chimney caps, as they had to be ordered. Al ordered the chimney caps on a Thursday and was back the following Tuesday to install. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Pittsburgh area needing fireplace or chimney services.

Al was very prompt for both the estimate and the work. He scheduled the work very quickly after providing the estimate so that my fireplace would be working well for the holidays. The work itself was completed quickly, he demonstrated how to use the new damper, and he left my house spotless. The new fireplace door looks great. I definitely plan to use Al's Chimney Sweep again. If you live in Pittsburgh, you should definitely hire Al.
