Rude technicians. Unsanitary office. They sent people to pee in cups and then instead of taking them, they had patients bring them back into the waiting room. Also the water dispenser had bits of pink things floating around

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.. This place is horrible.. People's dealing with the public seems like barely had education... I went there a Saturday for my tests and I could not do glucose and insulin resistance because it was 9 oclock and they would close at 12:00am.. Today I went there 8 oclock and they told would not be able to perform the test because they close at 11:00...

They just don't want to do it.. They don't wanna deal with this kind of test on Saturday's..

I do not recommend this place.. Save your time and your headache and go to somewhere else..

Worse company ever. Charged my credit card and did not sent results to the doctor. I called and waited on the phone almost one hour to get a representative and she could not find my record for more than 10 minutes. She said if the results were lost then doctor would have to call them or I have to do testing all over again. Avoid this scamming company

Repeated errors with billing (insurance ID number). The billing department does not make corrections to the patient's file. Repeated calls to the location go to a number that is always busy. Try a different lab, one that is interested in customer service.
