Ivonne is by far the worst, most useless, most ignorant, most unprofessional property manager I have ever interacted with in over 20 years of rental experience. Property managers are known for their preferential treatment to owners over renters, lack of education, and bad attitudes, but Ivonne takes it to a whole new level. She's rarely on site, and she posts notes in front of the clubhouse letting everyone know this. I strongly suggest you look around the area. There are so many other developments to choose from with management that is on site regularly, and maintenance staff that actually fixes things in a timely manner.
