Extraordinary skill. Thorough, no nonsense specialist. If you are looking for "DR. Welby" look elsewhete. He's not going to hold your hand and tellyou encouraging tales. He will keep ypu healthy and treat your medical problem.

This Endocrinologist made things worse he talks to you like you are an idiot, no bedside manner. I introduce myself when he came in, he competely ignored me. He stated my options to me from the paperwork I faxed him. Then he seemed like I was annoying him, that I would not make up my mind that split second, to whether I wanted surgery or if I wanted to try biopsys, or leave my thyroid alone and come back in 6 months. He then disconnected himself from discussing my problem, he stated I just told you, no discussion no nothing. I asked him a question and he started to repeat himself exactly how he said it the first time. I was trying to get an idea from him to what he thinks I should do. Hes suppose to be the professional I think something this important, needed more discussion. A real iceberg no passion for his patients.. I left there voeing I would never return to him. The girls in his office are also a waste of space. Don't waste your time or money on this guy, you will regret it.

This doctor doesn't seem to have any enthusiasm on his job. Not only that, all of his staffs are horrible. They seem to come to work to collect paychecks from the insurance company. They have so strict policy about 'no show' and 'late' patients. If you late or no show, they will charge you $65. But they had me wait for over 30 minutes and their rule only applies to patients.

His receptionist had very little knowledge about the major medical insurance company policy. Just because she didn't understand my insurance option, she was so rude and childish. She even told me that she will talk to her doctor and let him not see me as a patient. Can't believe her childish behavior. My primary doctor advised me to see a different doctor for a second opinion and I simply went to this clinic just because they have open slots. Now, I see why it was so easy to see this doctor so quickly. I will never go there again. There are lots of great doctors and professional office staffs that I can choose from.
