I would like to start by thanking attorney Brian Cohen and his paralegal Ashley for their service. I filed for bankruptcy in December 2021 and received my discharge in March 2022. From the beginning, Brian was very informative and straight forward. He has immense knowledge given the decades of bankruptcy work. I felt very comfortable dealing with them as they are unpretentious and professional. Communication was excellent and if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out and get an answer or resolution. They are also very flexible, so if you don't have the lump sum for their service, you can do an installment plan and once fully paid they will file your case. Brian Cohen is an extremely honest lawyer. When another lawyer I went to suggested I transfer some of my assets I needed a second opinion. What the first lawyer told me didn't seem quite right. When I talked to Brian he explained the negative consequences of doing what the other lawyer suggested. He did this even though it seemed like it was what I wanted to do. He was not likely going to benefit from telling me that, since I was probably not going to hire him. He didn't care. He did what he believed was right, and I am so glad I listened. My case is over and everything worked out just fine for me. Thank you Brian for keeping me on the right track!
