Angers is a local A/C company in Coral Springs, Rick, the owner, came out within 1 hour. (No 4 hour window). The drain on the unit was clogged with junk. Rick unclogged the drain and did a system check to make sure it ran 100% since we're warming up. Rick is not pushy nor misleading trying to upcharge, he's honest and educational on best maintenance practices. I'll continue to call for maintaining and repairing.
