I met Attorney Schechner while visiting a client in South Florida. Mark didn't only become my go-to Attorney but also was a role model of how I wanted to become as a business professional. Under his guidance and expertise, I profited from the real estate industry (despite almost stubbornly pursuing a transaction definitely not profit worthy). Years later I turn to him for real estate advice. He exudes "seasoned real estate expert" yet is never arrogant. I moved to CT recently from Florida but will always turn to Mark for any real estate needs that arises in the sunshine state. He deserves an infinite amount of star ratings and hope that my experience inspires trust to anyone looking for a Real Estate Attorney.
