I'am not the typical person to leave feedback but in this case I will make an exception. Mitch Helfer is the worst professional I have worked with. He is very unreliable and lacks integrity.



He have on several occasions given me wrong advice. He advised me as a foreigner to travel to New York from sweden to sign a business bank account, for a Florida LLC he formed for me and once there I could not find a bank that would open a business account for me without a "letter of intent" from a CPA which he refused to write. He did not even give me an apologie or an explanation.



This person should be inprisoned for pretending to be a CPA.
