Rick is a very polite and professional salesman that has the customers best interest in mind and he and his associates do everything they can to close the deal exactly how you request! A very good team of associates at the copperas cove location and anytime I've been to the lampassas location I've received the same quality care!

Worst salesman out there. Asked to look at trucks in a certain price range and Tim S. starts trying to run a loan application. When I told him I wanted to find a truck before I do an application he said he wants to make sure there is money to buy one. He then became rude and told me to have a nice day when I stated I was not going to do a loan app till AFTER I find a truck. If he were a woman I'd say it was that time of month, but after reading other reviews I think it's just how they run the business there. Really sucks because I really wanted to take a look at two trucks they have. Went to Dodge Country and was treaty a million times better.

Very professional and thorough job by both Tim (my salesman) and Kathy (the finance manager). Even when I was indecisive and hesitant to make a purchase, they gave me some time to shop and compare. They kept in touch with me and welcomed me back when I decided I was ready, and made the purchasing process fast and easy. Tim answered all of my questions, and Kathy got me an awesome interest rate on my truck (it was less than half of the next-best offer). Two thumbs up! When I'm ready to buy another vehicle, I'm heading straight to Benny Boyd-Copperas Cove.

He was a great salesman, cut me a good price and got me into a car that I loved and it runs just fine everything checks out he was not only great as a salesman but as an individual also I know how these things work out but he built a good relationship with my mom and us and didn't just act as a salesman which is what sold us to actually getting a car because his personality was great. Today we came in to purchase a vehicle out of necessity. Due to a car accident our vehicle recent was totaled, which put us in need of a new car. James was extremely attentive, personable, likeable, and genuinely listened to the needs of our family, and considered them while searching for, and pairing us with the right car for our current needs. We are grateful to have met James, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to each of our family members as we searched for a vehicle, and waited in the process to purchase it.
