I have taken a few cars here in the past. They make it as painless as possible. Very fair on pricing and 100% satisfaction on the work. There is no better collision shop in the area. The car always looks better then when it was new. Mechanical side is fast, responsive and great quality. I would not take my car to anyone else.Plus they are very good people. The owner always greats me and knows me by name.

Over the past 12 plus years I have taken many of the family cars to Copley Auto and Collision. Always a great result. Much better than the dealer in terms of speed, price and reliability.

I feel the employees really care about customer service. When the insurance has offered a rental car they come to pick you up in the parking lot if needed for extended repairs.
