I had my first session with Charlene last week and was so pleased that I did. I had never had connective tissue massage before. It was extremely helpful in making me feel 'stretched' after the session. I actually felt a bit taller! Definitely something Charlene does very well. I would highly recommend her.

I recently had an amazing session with Charlene. It was unlike any other massage treatment I've had; her technique is deep connective tissue release. She works very skillfully to smooth out all the kinks. knots, tightness, "stuckness" in the body, while elongating the muscles. During the treatment she incorporated electrostimulation for my shoulder injury/pain. The next day my body felt "reset" and my shoulder completely healed. Charlene is an insightful, delightful, and talented healer whom I highly recommend.

Five years of bliss having Charlene as my massage therapist. She is multi talented and knows how the remove all stress from my body. I especially love her orthopedic massage with stretching.

I am grateful to the universe for putting charlene in my path. I have been getting treatments from her for three years. As a aesthetician and nail tech my job is physically demanding. At one point I commented how I felt I got out of jail! I didn't realize I had so much tension or that I could feel so free in my body! I highly recommend Charlene.

AMAZING!! How could I ever go to any other massage therapist again after a massage with Charlene?! She knows just what your body needs. Her massages are on another plane of existence from an ordinary massage!! She not only massaged my body, but seemed to stretch my muscles at the same time, a deep and wonderful stretch, like "pulling the meat away from the bone". My only regret as that I don't live nearby, and can only get Charlene's wonderful massages when I visit from NJ. You Floridians don't know how lucky you are to have access to her all the time. Go! Go! Go as often as possible,that's all I can say! It will be the best massage you have ever had.

Charlene is extremely knowledgeable about the body. She is very present and can feel what is going on inside you. Great deep and connective tissue work. Very therapeutic and healing. After 1 session, I was hooked and now see her every week.
