There are 2 reviews & they are both from the owner of APlus. On yahoo are 6 reviews & 3 are from him. This man is not honest!! I have less than a 1/2 acre. He quote me over the phone of $350, if he doesn't take the leaves away he will take off $70 & that comes to $290. (no, it comes to $280). Cut grass $55 or $60 for either 10 or 14 days. He comes over to see the prop and says $475 for leaves & $65 for cutting grass. I can't afford that & he went down to $350 for leaves & if I sign a contract for grass cutting it will be $290 next year for leaves. I said ok & he said he would send me a contract and they would start after the leaves dry out. The contract says $290 & another $60 for labor. (not honest again) I wanted May to Sep grass cutting & he put in April to Nov. (not honest) And he was coming the very next day after the snow. I said we need to pick another day something came up & he said he does not do business like that and I should find someone else. What! So unprofessional!
