This guy is supposed to be in a profession where he helps and listens to people and he comes across like some greasy car salesman that has better things to do with his time. He talked on his phone for the first 15 mins and shows little concern for what you have to say or who you are even cutting me off at times. It was obvious he wanted me out as quickly as possible. He gave me the distinct impression that he did not care what I had to say and showed zero concern about me and my condition.
