I pulled into the wash on the vacuum side and proceeded to clean out and vacuum my 2016 Mercedes GLA. Bright Red. Then I got into my. Car and proceeded to place an order for a customer of mine on my IPAD. A employee walked up to my car and asked if I had gone through the wash and I said not yet I was taking care of some business first then I would proceed to the wash. She said I wasn't allowed to sit there as she accused me of being a drug dealer waiting to sell or score in her parking lot. I was amazed at the attitude as she made sure I stopped typing on my iPad and that I got off her property. So they lost a sale, offended me, and I guess if you want to go their and get insulted or accused of being a drug dealer go use this place. These people don't need to be on the service business.

I was contacted by Facebook and surprisingly enough via hand written letter sent snail mail. Barbara not only apologized letting me know that the individual that did my rotation said the hubcap was damaged and that they did not mention this fact to me, but had a check ready for me for the amount of $65. I am basically at the exact opposite end of the emotional spectrum now! I'm very happy to report that after this experience I have no qualms about using Clean Care's services in the future, in fact, given that my full synthetic oil change was $59.99 without a discount and includes their $20 car wash/vacuum for free I implore you to find me a better value in or out of town. My guess, you won't find one! Thank you Barbara Scarlett Thomas for everything as a 10 year veteran to the call center customer service/technical support industry it's always great to see that not all companies have lost focus on the most important aspect of their business...the customers :D

I went to CleanCare on 10/08/2015 and had them change my oil, oil filter, cabin air filter, & had them rotate my tires. Everything was reasonably priced and I was very satisfied with the service I received even though I had to wait a considerable amount of time for it. Today, 10/12/2015 I was putting gas in my car and while I was doing so I noticed my right driver hubcap was missing which was not missing before. As soon as humanly possible I returned to CleanCare and spoke to the manager in the shop to see if possibly it was accidentally left off. He said that it wasn't and then basically laughed at me and said that they aren't liable for that at all and especially not 4 days later. He said that I probably hit a curb or something which is honestly insulting. I never received any type of apology and to be quite frank with customer service like that I don't care what kind of prices you have you obviously get what you pay for here. It's an absolute shame because now instead of being able to talk up a new place I'm going to make sure that everyone I know stays away because they don't take responsibility when they made a mistake. I thought I had saved around $30 using them and now I will actually spend $35 MORE as a new 2012 Honda Fit hub cap is $65. Thanks guys, I don't know what I did to deserve this, but you owe a debt to karma now so I hope you're ready for that.

These folks don't care whether you're happy with your service or not. They have TERRIBLE customer service-actually, they have NO customer service skills. Basically, once you give that machine your card, their responsibility ends as far as they're concerned. The insult people
