Worst uhaul location ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used uhaul faithfully for all my moving and storage needs! No longer!

Employee couldn't bother to lift his head to look in my direction. Female employee stood around doing nothing! Horrible horrible customer service! One elevator and employee Harold refused to allow us to use stairs to facilitate us moving in.

We went in to pick up out reserved truck and the OWNER said he couldn't find it. He said there was not one available. ( hoping we would leave im sure ) we stood there for 30 min and then he said he had one . he then said there wasn't a utilities Dolly. An employee then said that was a lie and put one in our truck. He then charged us $105 for a deposit which he told us was $73 and didn't adjust it. An employee also came in yelling at the owner I'm front of customers. It was very disturbing. I will never use this Uhaul location again.
