1st review of this business in several years and let me tell you, something has changed! GREAT service!! I was in a big hurry to get a dress cleaned and was VERY pleased!! Friendly clerk, less than 24 hour turn around and the dress looks brand new-oh and much less than I expected to pay!!

Usually I get really good, old-fashioned service from Puritan but recently I did not.

I left a pair of pants to be pressed with no crease. They returned the pants twice with a crease. Finally I get them back with no crease 2 weeks later. More importantly the clerk said she would have the owner call me. A note was left, but the owner never called.

The pants were fixed but no call. I will not return to Puritan and will let my friends know that I was not important enough for the owner to call and explain why I waited 2 weeks and got bad service.

Avoiding a customer is not a good way to maintain customers.
