I will never go back. This place was the worst. I waited an hour and 15 mins to see the doctor. The stuff never said sorry and where rude when I told them I had been waiting so long. When I was leaving and ready to pay the staff was unable to explain the charges and was unable to give me a receipt. They don't care about you or your time. The worst!

My husband and I were traveling across country and his glasses lost a small piece from the bridge. We stopped in and they were repaired in less than 5 minutes without cost. The best service I have ever had. Thank you so much.

Dr. Grosswald is the absolute best. I have difficult eyes to prescribe, and I have never felt so genuinely cared for by any other doctor in my life. I have been wearing corrective eye-wear since I was 2. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to SHOW you and explain to you everything he is doing. Also, I'll point out that the staff was friendly and overall, I had a wonderful experience. My wallet did not, but I did.

Been wearing glasses for 50 years and this is the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Grosswald is thorough, but more importantly accurate, and takes the time to explain all the options. The rest of the staff must have been hand picked for a pleasant experience.

I have had numerous problems at other places where the standards were just sloppy and cheap in spite of higher prices, so I am taking the time to write this review in support of someone doing something right.
