Trying to get in touch with this company is like pulling teeth. It takes forever for them to return a call or email. Last time they were contacted, my husband asked for warranty information and they said they would fax it to him. This was a few weeks ago and he hasn't seen it yet. They said they were extremely busy which I completely understand but if you don't have time to do this job for us just tell us so we are hopeful I problem will get fixed. I do not recommend this company.
