Provided by YPmobileI went in today because I have urticaria. Dr.Crocker was supposed to had submitted documents a month ago so that I could be approved for me to get the shot I need. Well I'm inflamed TODAY and should have been able to get a shot but couldn't be a she didn't do her job so I'm dealing with my skin itching and burning.
