We rented with T&P for not even 2 months. The last of our things we put in were only in there for 10 days. We put mouse deterrent in the storage unit as a preventive. Packed stuff in for 5 weekends till we were full and ready to move our stuff out.
We followed the rules and guidelines no foods, gas etc.
The day came we started moving our stuff out. And we found holes in so many boxes and bags and mice droppings everywhere.
Once we got to our home unloaded and started to unpack we found rice/corn by the cup fulls in our stuff, clothes ruined, my daughters toys destroyed by pee and from them eating things. And worst part they were still in our stuff. We caught 6 of them in our stuff. Living off of rice/dried corn and items they chewed to make homes in our stuff.
With this said this company can not guarentee that no one would get mice but they have no preventive? A family of them took shelter in our things less than 60 days and 10 days of the last batch of stuff.
Best part the owner will not call us back and no one in the office cares to take our calls. I would never recommemd this storage company.
