Poor customer service. I understand scheduling people out 2 weeks, but it has been the third week and our pool is still not ready to swim in. They say they will be here at this time, or the next day they don't show up when they say and don't call you to let you know what is going. Ladies at their office answering phones our rude to customers, need to make some improvements. 3 years ago this company used to be great they had people there that knew their job and made sure they made their customers happy and satisfied. Now they have people working for them they just up and disappear don't know where they are when they are suppose to be working. We will be taking are business else where they will not be getting another penny of ours again. They like to delete your reviews if it's bad to then text you saying they will no longer do business with you maybe they should take the advice of poor customers service and improve it. If you don't like the reviews maybe they shouldn't allow people to write reviews. They don't deserve any stars.
