call to have cumin Oran generator serviced was told that only work on generators that they sell and they do not keep parts on hand. How can you service something if you do not carry parts

Wish I could give this poor excuse of a place a negative star rating! I took one of my welders in (which meant I was a rig down) and they said it would be less than 2 weeks to get it fixed. I asked them to figure out why it wouldnt stay on high idle. 1 week went by....no word and no one knew anything when I called. 2nd week went by.....finally someone was "looking at it". 3rd week went by....nothing. Finally!! Got a call saying it was fixed and it would be $535! I asked why so much....They went on to tell me about how they changed the oil (didnt ask them to and I had just done it a week before), changed the fuel filter (did that the same time as the oil), charged me to re-install my own battery, flushed the entire system and $10 for a gallon of gas! Went to pick it up and they were not only EXTREMELY RUDE but suggested I should have taken it to Torch and Welder Repair! TRUST ME I WILL NEXT TIME!
