Highly recommend this place! Such a friendly staff, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, clean and relaxing environment, and they do a GREAT job! They spent over an hour trying to remove a 'half gel/half acrylic' manicure I poorly received from a different salon due to a wedding party spa day. The staff at Serenity was so efficient and Rebecca stayed late after the salon closed to make sure that I left satisfied. My nails look great, and even though I was there past close, I still received all the perks of going to this salon (hot stone massage, complimentary wine, etc). I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend for anyone to go here!

This salon is the epitome of customer service! I got a gel manicure done and it got air bubbles. They immediately scheduled me for a new, free gel manicure to correct their mistake! This is the best service I've ever received from a salon and I will definitely recommend to everyone!
