I too was annoyed about the phone situation, however it is fixed, and the staff are very friendly and responsive, and the Doctors care deeply for their patients, and leave no stone unturned, so if the waiting time is longer, but completely worth it. Bring your iPhone while you wait for great care

With Obtaining a new coverage for my son (5). I had made 2 appointments overall. The first appointment we were 5 literally 5 minutes late and the receptionist from h*ll told me the Dr.'s were in a meeting already and my son could not be seen (were they only going to give him 5 minutes of face time????) ok so I made the next appointment since the 5 minutes was my fault. On the second appointment with medical card in hand stating the Dr.'s name on the card, I was told once again by the receptionist from h*ll, that she had called that morning to the insurance company and was told the previous provider was still listed (keep in mind in my hand was a medical card that stated the provider as JOANNA KUSMIREK WITH THIS OFFICE) we were turned away again.... this office is THE WORST office I have ever experienced, and my mother now retired is an LPN, My suggestion is for no one to try this office, they have bad reviews all over the place, mostly with there customer service, I have no idea how the Dr.'s are, I never even got to meet one with 2 visits and an hour drive for both.......I Would Never Ever suggest this office to anyone!!!!! BEWARE OF MONSTER STAFF.....

The most awful family practice ever! I have been a patient for over 12+ years, but in the last 3 or so years, you cannot get through on the phone line to make an appointment, get results, etc. The phone is either busy or you are put into an automated system which tells you there is a high call volume and they will be with you shortly. I was on hold today for 43 minutes (luckily, I was at home and had the phone on speaker). When you complain, they tell you it's because of the "new" system. A 3-year-old system is NOT new. Fix it! There is absolutely no reason for a relatively small family practice to have hold times this long. When I push #1 to make an appointment, I should not have to wait more than a minute. There are much larger practices/hospitals that have live people answering their phones. The front desk staff is rude, ignorant and not interested in helping. How do you NOT answer a phone that's been on hold for 43 minutes? Is there no indication on their side? Does a phone even ring on their end? Such a lazy way to do business. My physician left the practice (good for him!) and I will certainly not be returning. Wait times in the office run 30 minutes to an hour (more on the latter). Wait time in the room is another 20 minutes, if not more. This is NOT to be blamed on managed care. This is to be blamed on laziness, ignorance, and a total lack of patient respect. The insurance I pay for is paying for these salaries, so I expect the utmost respect. These people are supposed to be providing a service to me. I will be reporting this practice to the AMA, as well as my insurance carrier. This is totally unacceptable!

This is the worst family practice that I have ever been to! You can't evan call the lines are always busy...and I see that has been going on for at least a year!!! THIS IS A DOCTORS OFFICE...my word!! I was sick on Monday and needed to see if I could get an appointment...after 40 minutes of listening to a busy signal...my wonderful Son-in-Law left his work and went there and made an appointment. He mentioned the problem and they seemed not to be surprised or upset at the slightest. I am not happy to be affliated with a doctor with a phone number with just 1 line and everyone else gets busy signal. When I saw the Doctor she said if my condidtion gets worse call me....I almost fell off of my chair...at that time I expressed my concerns and she said I was the third person to complain today and that this practice was third in line (owned by Eistein) to get a new phone system....THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I will NOT be going back there are I suggest anyone thinking of going there run in the oposite direction!!!

This place is inconvenient, inefficient, and incapable.

The doctors are nice, but the customer service sucks. My wife and I had been going there for a little over a year before moving away, and every time we tried to get an appointment over the phone the lines were busy. That was not close to the worst thing about this practice, though.

We had requested that they transfer our records to our new practice when we moved. They did not tell us there was a fee for this. We would have gladly paid, but we just did not know until yesterday when we received a second notice for a $9 fee. It was forwarded from our old address, and we never received a first notice.

We are now in collections for a stupid little $9 fee that was never advised up front. This is a potential credit problem, and we are not at all at fault.

None of this should have surprised us. Over the last year, they have been going through a lot of changes in their office, transferring files to electronic data systems. I get that, and I empathize, but you have to have a way of documenting your actions and keeping track of files.

Please take my advice and find another practice if possible.
