I took my car in for what I figured was a valve tap it a lifter noise. I was informed that a love on the camshaft was scarred and the camshaft needed to be replaced to to tune of over $4000 because the engine needed to be taken out to perform the repair. I had them button it back up and I paid $300 for that info. I then took the car to another shop and they replaced a rocket arm and a lifter which cost me $200. The noise was gone. I don't need to say anything else!!!

I have brought my car to Vic's on several occasions. Twice they put in faulty parts, which they replaced. It only cost me hundreds in towing fees and rides. They informed me that the car should run fine. It broke down shortly later after the second faulty part was installed. I chose to bring it somewhere else. Since then it has been running like a charm. I have no mechanical skills at all, but I'd rather attempt to fix my car myself before i would ever bring it back there.

My experience with Vic's Automotive was an excellant experience. They were very friendly and took care of my car with expertice. I would take my car back if I had other problems. They do what they say they will and explain it where you can understand it. I highly recommend their service to anyone. You have a 5 star rating from me friend. Ms. Robert

Having been a long time resident of Houston and just moving to Montgomery County, I needed to find a new repair facility to take care of my family cars. Vic's was great! The people there were friendly, they gave me a shop tour and introduced me to the techs and the owner, Vic They all were super and enjoyed taking care of their customers. They went out of the way to ensure that may car was fixed right and told me that some of the services suggested by another shop were not needed. They are an honest shop!. Thanks Vic's

I had been using Vic's Precision Automotive for years until my last visit. Vic's Precision Automotive scammed me out of over $300. After telling the horrible Vic's Precision Automotive mechanics that I just had new gaskets put on a week earlier, they tell me the car repair needs new gaskets. After the gaskets were changed AGAIN, Vics Precision Auto tells me the car is all ready and working perfectly. I pick it up and take it home. The very next time I drive it for about 20 minutes, the car is doing EXACTLY what it was doing before I took it in. I tell them about it and they tell me too bad, bring it back in and they will try something new with new fees! Vic's Precision Automotive business scammed me out of my money. Vics Precision Automotive mechanics are horrible and Vics was extremely rude when I called back. It is like taking a car to get an engine fixed and they clean my seats and charge me tons. Neither one would help the original problem. Vics Auto is the worst!
