Bought a used boat at the Clear Lake location and had them instruct me on the use of the boat and do a sea trial before purchase. Love my new boat!!

Visited them at the on the water boat show on lake Conroe 4/22/17. I asked about a being taken out on a demo and was told come back tomorrow. The sales people weren't busy with other customers and there were boats going in and out of the water the entire time I was looking at their sales area. There is no way I'll drop 80k on a boat with a lazy sales team. The other boat sale companies were more than happy to take me out for a demo.

My compliments to Jason and the Texas Marine dealership. I had not used a consignment program to sell my boat, like Texas Marine, but I was very pleased with the entire process. I simply told the guys what I wanted to receive for my boat and they said "I think I can work that out."



Next thing I know I am receiving my check from Texas Marine, this week, as promised. I am not surprised that this dealership has been so successful for so many years in the Houston area. I wish them many more successful years ahead.

We were NOT given all the details up front such as "time frame on test drive, approval and delivery". We were told to pick a boat and set up a test drive. I called the day before to confirm that is when he tells me we need $500 down to drive.so we gave him the money and had to reschedule. We take off work to test drive and when I call again to confirm he asked if we had gotten approval from a bank? No talk of approval was mentioned before we could test drive the boat. We talked to Maui she way to busy to help us and was rude. We finally get approval,test drive the boat and went to sign the papers but now we are told we cant take delivery of the boat Mauri had not gotten all the paper work back. We meet at 10:00 am as agreed and waited for 3 hours for them to take a water hose to our boat. we left with 2 tires what were 10 years old.. luckily we bought a spare that day because we didn't even make it 15 miles down the road before we had a major blow out! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I agree buying a boat is a big move. BUT, its the after the sale and service that 'pegs the meter'. My comment is the Service Dept, starting with Chad up the the manager John, are absolutely outstanding. I did not buy my boat from them, and they were readily available and happy to help me. This should go a long way when I buy my next boat. I recommend their service above ANY service dept in the boating industry. M.R.

I wanted to take a minute and let you know how happy I am with not only my Nautic Star, but just as pleased with the guys at Texas Marine. When I was in the process of buying my Nautic Star, you called me out of the blue just to make sure everything was going good. You mentioned something about "Inspecting what Texas Marine Expects..." I like that, and you also said if I ever had an issue that required a little extra help, or if I just wanted to "Brag on Texas Marine and it's employees", that you would love to hear that also. This is to brag. From the first visit where I met Jerry Spiller, who turned out to be the store manager, and through the entire process, it was a great experience! I normally do not have time in my life to do things like this, but Texas Marine deserves credit. I find it rare nowadays for "Above and Beyond" what is necessary, but Texas Marine, Jerry Spiller, and every person I have dealt with has been great. The bottom line, Texas Marine does a great job! Thanks for the great service, and keep up the good work!
