Sometimes rushed without much conversation ( Basic hello how are you ). You need to ask for the menu otherwise if you just say mani, you'll get the most expensive option of a mani, etc. Used a cheese grader for heel dryness & I'll never know if it was ever sanitized. Also, prices increased too high.
