Provided by YP.comThey're a bunch of Idiots. As soon as my contract is up, they're gone. So called Technicians don't have a clue what they're doing if ant part if the equipment is not standard "off the shelf".

Provided by SuperpagesI am not one to take time to write a review even though they are helpful to others but because of the terrible customer service, I wanted to express my feeling about sight and sound. There is a lady, I don't know her name, but I have never, ever experienced such rudeness from someone in customer service. I am an AM for a major retail company and if any of my employee treat a customer like she treats me, they'd be promoted to a customer, and fast. I suggest that if you move to an area that requires you to use sight and sound, seek other avenues. I am so upset every time I call that I am looking for the corporate office and want to let the CEO know that that person doesn't need to be talking to anyone. I give sight and sound a -5 stars.

Provided by YP.comExtremely poor customer service. The people who answer the phone when you call do not have good knowledge of the services you're inquiring about or the status of your account. My property is, of course, contracted with them and we wanted to get a package for football season. They also won't let my boyfriend put me on his account, stating that only one person can ever be on, or inquire about, an account. Extremely rude and not worth the time or money.

Provided by SuperpagesPoor service, high charges and slooooooooow response. If you have the chance to contract any other cable company please do it!. Also, if you ever call them please be patient because you'll be treat as you were beging for money o something worst. Good luck!
