Two weeks ago I took a walked behind Toro mower to be fixed. I'm mechanically inclined so i knew what needed to be fixed. I new it was a belt or pulley, because the blade would stop cutting if I tried to cut at normal speeds. Anyway I ask to change the blade and checked the drive belt. Also tune the carb. Well I pick up a week later and $90 later I still cannot mow a 2 feet without the blade stopping. The bill was for $70 labor, a fuel line$4, they sharpen the old blade $6, adjusting the carb, lower the rpm,(took out horse power), and flushing out a brand new gas tank I put on 2 days before I took it in. So if you know the problem make sure the fix it, because repairs are not warranty. I Don't think ill be taking my equipment back to them.
