I have been an employee at m and p security for over one and a half years,the company is run by office manager monica lolly and pete martinez,in that time they do not give you your check stubbs they do not pay you for all your time worked,they do not give any type of training for there guards othet than fifteen minutes which the new guard gos to the site on his own timr and is shown what to do for fifteen minutes.i was armef and workef for one of there clients ewoodforest bank which they lost to homeland security,they did not even call and tell any employees untill two hours prior to end of shift that they no longer had acct.i wad hired one month prior by new company because branch manager of bank tequisted it.m and p change your schedule anytime they want with no notice,most og there officers are idiits anf are undepenndable,i honestly would not let this company protevt a baby stroller
