I had hired him for a home design/ posible build.
After my experience using him, I found that he would not listen to what I wanted in my home design ideas. It took a person who recommended him to act as an intermediary. We got closer to what I wanted, but did not get exactly what seeking. I did not get a finished product.
The plans did not comply with the P.O.A restrictions. I had to terminate him.
I will not use him for further projects. I will not refer him to others.
