The quality was medium to poor and there really is no guarantee, no matter what he tells you. Had our fence installed on our 1 acre. We had this job done late in 2006. There were a few problems that Marc Chambers said he would take care of but he was busy. We waited for several months and finally he simply stopped returning our calls. We we pushy? Not in our minds, we just wanted what we paid for. So we let the whole thing ride for about a year and a half. Then the boards started falling off the fence posts. We called again, inquiring about his 5 year guarantee, he basically blew us off and wouldn't do anything. So the bottom line for us is, he's a nice guy, the price was reasonable, the quality was medium to poor and there really is no guarantee, no matter what he tells you. Once he has your money, he will be gone.
