I need the franchise owner to contact Tammy asap. We have an issue that needs to be resolved and we have law involved. The GM is not helping. The date today is 3/13/2013. We ask that the video tapes from Monday 3/10/2013 be held. please email me @ [email protected]

they look like they got the most ghetto trashy folks to work in this is this establishment. Every time you go in you get looked at crazy never waited on. their food is disgusting and cold or old always disgustingly greasy. I even went 1 time and they messed up a 30 dollar order when I went back to get it replaced, it was the same nasty crappy food with the same nasty crappy people n there same nasty crappy attitudes. I hate this nasty restaurant n all the nasty attitude people in it!

Awful! Looked on drive thru menu and did not see listed so I asked for the thick cut special advertised on TV. Three piece is $9.??. WHAT? I want the two piece special, thick cut. Ok, $7.47. Still high. Drive thru took quite a long time (15 mins) on a slow Sunday 6:00pm. I got burned fries, 2 hush puppies and 2 very small 2-3" piece of fish. No sides, no drink. I could have went to McDonalds, they have free fries today. Don't go here. One of the few places that do NOT list website on receipt. I won't be going back to this one.

I have been seeing the adds for the baked fish and shrimp scampi at Long John Silvers. My husband and I went there today at the new location on 1488 in Montgomery,Texas and was told they do not serve these dishes. Why do you advertise this if it is not avalable at all locations? We were very disappointed and went somewhere else to eat. I think all locations should be serving what is advertised. Mrs. P. in Montgomery,Texas

This place lacks any customer service, the help is rude and uneducated. They will not wait on you in the drive-thru and when you go inside they say they are out of food. I recommend an entire new staff and manager. I have been there several times and only once was waited on in a timely manner.
