Not a very good Pharmacy!!! I have really bad insomnia and normally the generic works but I guess they got a cheaper manufacturer and I got home and when it came time to take my night time medicine I took it and went and laid in bed and 30 min wasnt even tired then 2 hours later still the same, so needless to say not much sleep that night. I figure well maybe it was just me this goes on for 3 nights and so I call the pharmacy to ask them if they could exchange them for another type of generic they said they can't take it back, which I understand but when I said well what do I do I haven't slept well in 3 days and it isn't getting better it is like taking nothing and its not like I wanted the pills he didn't even offer to call the manufacturer he just basically told me he could get me the number and he is sorry but couldn't do anymore. Ok fine so I called the manufacturer and the dr and ended up had to pay 126 for my perscription of name brand when all they had to do is switch the generic to another generic and listen to their customer. Now today, I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I am wheelchair bound and live 10 miles from the nearest pharmacy which happens to be them my Dr. issued me a prescription for a narcotic and my daughter was the one who picked it up and turned it in to fill and they told her that I would have to come in or she would have to get my ID and her ID and I needed to call them when I have her pick it up. Now the only reason I am having her pick it up is because I am in a wheelchair 10 miles away. It is just ridiculous! Then he said he will fill it today but it was completely my choice if I didn't want to give them my business anymore. They will not get our families business anymore!!

Thank you to Mark who helped us this weekend! We drove 2 hrs to the Special Olympics Meet in Conroe with our handicapped daughter and realized we left her seizure medication at home. Our Lifecheck pharmacist contacted him. He was very helpful and we had our medication in about 30 minutes. Now that is service! Thank you for helping keep our weekend "special!"
