My 1st visit to LabCorp, 100 Medical Center Blvd Ste 114, Conroe, TX and also my 1st time using Medicare + Supplemental for bloodwork. The tech blindsided me when she told me that a lipids test was not covered under Medicare and attempted to charge me $95 for that part of the test. I decided to not have the lipids. However, when I checked the Medicare site, it said lipids testing WAS covered at no charge under Medicare. I'm rather angry, as my heart doctor wanted my lipids tested as part of the overall bloodwork he had ordered.
