Scheduled an appointment to have Aerobic Tanks serviced. When the single person showed up, we were instructed that they would have to drive in my yard to reach tanks. No fault on trenches in the grass from this big truck or breaking sprinkler heads. Was told this was necessary as there tanks could not pump from the tank to the street which was over their maximum 125'. While we called their office, the person in the truck left and did not want to come back.



We then contacted Sepco Septic Service. They came same day in the afternoon. Distance was never even mentioned as an issue as the two man team just started working. Don't know if it was better equipment, experience, or capability, but they had no issue.
