My country home contains a large puppy and 2 cats with tons of hairy results. I was unable to do the cleaning and was thrilled with my first cleaning experience from Clean As A Pin. I'm on a schedule now. Their reliability, quality work and honesty was refreshing. I highly recommend their service.

Six years ago, I was seeking a bookkeepers position in a good reputable company and came across Clean As A Pin in which Zoe Miller was the owner. After hearing great reviews from people that knew people that had used her services...I took it upon myself to visit her and offer my skills in her business. As timing would fit, she actually was becoming super busy and NEEDED a bookkeeper.
I watched her work ethics and her patrons were totally in love with her and her employees. They trusted her and her business associates and that meant a lot to me and I was very proud to be working for such a( more - than- fair lady) to absolutely everyone she came in contact with.
Oh, don't get me wrong.....people are people and sometimes you run into people who are never satisfied and very rude to Ms. Miller or myself if I answered the phone. Ms. Miller always tried to make it right and there were those" some" that wouldn't accept it.
I remember on a couple of occasions, back in 2013, I saw 2 bad reviews against her and her company. Ms. Miller was so tenderly opened to me to the discussion in regards to the bad reviews. She tried and tried to "MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMERS" but no responses.
On those two particular bad reviews she had over 600 ongoing customers that were totally pleased and satisfied with her services. She did let go of the 2 people that had serviced the B. reviews and continued to try to reach out again to make amends, but to no avail to the two concerned.
It really didn't hurt her business as much as it made her sad to have disappointed her clients..
She is so unique, as you will well encounter when she visits you.
She has relocated in the Texas area and is starting the "Mushroom Effect" for the growth of her business.
I surely will miss her and I KNOW her customers, that have become friends, will also miss her dearly.

The owner herself came out to clean my house for the first time. She did a phenomenal job. She is very very thorough. I have used other company's in the past and have never been happy. I am extremely picky on how I want my house cleaned. I can honestly say, I do not have one complaint. She ALWAYS checks her employees work. She has very high standards on how she wants things cleaned. She is also one of the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. Not only does she leave my house spotless, she's an absolute joy to be around. I will continue to use this company and I look forward to many more years with them. Clean as a pin does a great job cleaning my house. They pay attention to detail and do an especially good job on my 2 most important things, my floors and bathrooms. It is so nice to come home to a clean house when they come. The owner Zoe checks the work of her employees and follows up with me to make sure I am happy with the job they did.

Clean As A Pin has been cleaning my 4200 sq. ft. house since September 2013, and I guess it's about time I review their excellent service. Surprised there aren't any Google reviews yet! Anyhow, we've had two different ladies come out and clean our house, and the first time both were supervised (she checked before and after) by Zoe, the owner of the company. The first lady did an impeccable job, even arranging things to make them better organized in addition to cleaning until the entire house was spotless. The second lady did a fantastic job as well, but when Zoe came out to check her work she decided it wasn't clean enough, so the two of them stayed another hour and a half and touched up, leaving the place utterly spotless. She has always dealt fairly and honestly with me, and I've no doubt we will continue our relationship with this company for many years to come. Her company brings great value to the Rockwall area and I'm glad we found her! Being able to trust your housekeeper is a must, and I'm happy to say she's proven herself and her employees trustworthy. While we've had other housekeepers come and service our house in the past, I've never before encountered a cleaning company where the owner does checkups personally to make sure her clients are satisfied. Nice touch!

My experience with Clean As A Pin was very good. They cleaned the home in Rockwall my wife and I began renting on 09-11-12, three days before we moved in. They showed me their liability insurance and surety bond certificates. The home is twelve years old but it looks new now. I saw it before it was cleaned and the difference is significant. They cleaned and treated the wood floors and they look like they were recently installed, considering some slight damage from previous tenants. The entire house was cleaned meticulously and now I can have it maintained by them on a scheduled basis. Clean As A Pin made my new rental home a place where I will be proud to host or entertain any of our personal friends, my university and technology colleagues, or my business associates. Based on my experience, I find the people at Clean As A Pin to be professional and concientious and their work to be exemplary. I plan to persist in my engagement of their services with no reservations. Thank you Clean As A Pin for making my new rental home so warm and inviting a place in which to come home.
