Really amazingly poor customer service. Don't believe a thing they tell you; get everything in writing. They are just exhausting to do business with. 6 weeks after I have returned what I rented, I can't get a final bill, so obviously can't pay it and get a lien release, which means that I might not get paid by my customer. And they won't apply my deposit, which is much more than I owe, to the final bill! Buyer beware!
