I give this place ZERO stars. We ordered a chicken finger platter that was horrible. It came with four miniature processed pieces of chicken that looked like it came out of the microwave. The fries that followed were undercooked and could barely be considered enough for a side dish. When we called to see what they could do for us, their exact response was "you got what you asked for." We tried to reason with them and say that it just wasn't what we were expecting and they refused to give us our money back. The owner was horribly rude and tried telling me that the food was completely up to par and that I should deal with it. It was the worst experience I have ever had in Concord as far as quality of food and customer service goes. I will NEVER eat at the yellow submarine again and advise nobody else to either.
