So disappointed. Have called On Demand three times. Each time a woman answers and says I will receive a return call by the end of the day. Each time I have NEVER received a return call. Extremely poor service. First rule of business - don't make promises you can't keep.

Arrived when promised. Eugene was friendly, professional, and resolved my water problem quickly - and for less than a local plumbing concern charges just to show up ! Definitely recommend and would use again.
