the one star reviews were obviously by the same person. that makes me chuckle. I dont even live in NH but was trip there and staying in concord and this review came up on with some others of local businesses and made me laugh.

After spending over $5000 in the store I am trying to call to get information on a purchase; to see if something additional needs to be purchases. I've called at least 4 times and been left on hold. Finally after getting through (over 4 hours after my first call) I asked if something additional is needed. Answer; yes. OK, it's very inconvenient to get to this store in the next few days (over 30 minutes away) and I can buy the needed item much closer. Clerk won't connect me to the department I need saying, "Come to the store." Not the service I want when the answer to a simple question is all I need. Thanks Best Buy.

i had a great experience at best buy in concord, nh last week. i was helped by lisa, a very pleasant young woman who took the extra time to make sure my order was exactly what i wanted. i made sure she was going to be working the day i picked my order up as i was sure she could and would help me if there were any questions about my order.

Where are the managers in that store!!!!!!!!

their personnel have the most information when you need a tech question answered.They are tireless in showing you the difference in products so that you can make a informed purchase. You always get all the facts and you will get the truth about what you want or how you will use a product that you are considering.

The staff was very helpful in explaining the different features and technologies as we were trying to decide on the purchase of a new television.
