I would give zero stars if possible! Younce & Co. of Concord, NC received my tax information during the beginning of March 2023 for my 2022 taxes and didn't complete my taxes until October 2023. Their excuse was...they were short handed and they were dealing with many changes in the tax laws. When I finally received my completed returns on 10/4/23, I was charged 650.00 for the preparation, owed over 1500.00 to IRS along with a penalty because they did not complete my returns by 4/15 and had to file an extension. I had been a customer of theirs for almost 20 years! Needless to say, I will not be going back there and would advise others to take their business elsewhere also.
