Terra Green has gotten involved with "t-taking," my lawn at the Mallard Trace at Rossmore townhome complex, Charlotte, NC hasn't been moved in months (it takes very little time with the ride on equipment). And now, conveniently, my lawn was flagged for some hidden project (flagged and repainted multiple times, so you see this gets a little convoluted, serves as track covering). They started by hitting the blower against my door and back windows (screen door was broken by a previously by lawn maintenance). They will sit across my home for an hour doing nothing, circle the property for 30+ minutes at the end of a day, haggle with the neighbor about whether they should pick up a small pile of ticks, using this "street gang" terminology. Their presence is a constant headache. Keep in mind the BBB might take your complaint but it will not be recorded unless your HOA submits it -- Terra was clever to respond that they had no contract with me. It's harassment --a man in stocking cap just drove through in one of their trucks today, there's no work being done here today. If you want a reputable lawn service, this company may have been but no longer is--
